Another great day on the Beach Bistro day. The morning started with Mike Parker joining the tyee club with this 33 lbr- that makes the two biggest fish of the trip caught by the Parker boys. Nice job guys! Lots of other chinooks were caught in the morning tide and some nice cohos too. Gabe caught the biggest kid fish with his 22 lbr. But the real star of the day was Katherine Bernal, who after the Beach Bistro, went out with Capt. Dudds to the deep water of Queen Charlotte Strait to nail a 92 lb halibut. It got pretty rough out there but Katherine battled the fish and ended up with the largest halibut ever caught by a juvenile at Sund’s Lodge. Way to go Katherine!
