After years of trying, writer Mary Peachin joined the Tyee Club at Sund’s Lodge! Trolling on the north shore of Malcolm Island, Mary’s rod bent over with a huge fish. After a monstrous fight, the behomoth surfaced and guide Geoff Duddridge told her confidently, “Oh yeah, this one is the one!” Sure enough, the huge chinook tipped the scale at just over 30 lbs. Congratulations Mary!
Also notable was Brian and Diana Gage who had another fantastic day of fishing with a limit of chinooks and a 25 lb halibut! Way to go guys!
