The Season Has Begun! – Group 1
What a start to the Sund’s Lodge 2015 season! This past weekend we had a small group of 14 guests who kicked off our season with a ton of fish, and a ton of laughs. Almost everyone limited out on chinook, halibut and ling. There were over 28 chinookcaught and Jesse Dadam joined our tyee club with a 32lber on the first afternoon. Wow – the best start in 8 years! We hope to see you all on our dock this summer. Book now if you haven’t already – we still have openings in August and early September. Follow us on instagram @sundslodge and our facebook page for daily updates!
Brian caught this beauty 15lb chinook while hali fishing! It took the whole herring from 340ft on capt. Travis’s boat.
Chef Dan presenting the wild BC sockeye that is served on our welcome lunch buffet.
Jerome in the big fish chair after reeling in a beauty 29lb chinook!!
Grandpa Jack and John slay the springs on their last morning at the lodge with 2nd year guide Jacob! A 15lb, 16lb and 17lb.
Jerome with his (almost tyee) 29lber on the last morning of the trip!
Carol and Jim Smetzler teamed up with Gerald and Jerome Twidwell to bring home a haul of hali, ling and springs! What a day on the water with capt. Jay.
